Bryan is a seasoned energy executive with over 25 years of experience consulting to, investing in, and leading a wide range of companies. Having worked globally across the energy and industrial sectors, he brings a unique understanding of the decarbonization opportunities and challenges.
Bryan currently leads RMI’s efforts in the heavy industry and transportation sectors, which represents a team of 100 widely recognized experts in their field. RMI embraces a market-led, business-driven approach to change and collaborates with a global network of businesses, financial institutions, NGOs, and policymakers to achieve system transformation.
Background
Most recently, Bryan was the CEO of Fortify Energy and Jumar Energy Capital before that. Prior to Jumar, he led investments in the power and renewables sector as the managing director of Bluescape Energy Partners, a private equity firm with $2B assets under management (AUM). Prior to Bluescape, Fisher was the executive vice president of business development and analytics at EquiPower Resources. EquiPower was a leading 8,000 MW independent power producer (IPP) owned by Energy Capital Partners, which was sold to Dynegy for $3.4B in 2015. Fisher was formerly a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he held several leadership positions within the Global Energy and Materials, Corporate Finance, and Risk Management practices over his 16-year tenure.
